safe location homemade cakes
the location is superb. it is a short walk to galerie lafayette. breakfast offered diverse options, ranging from greens to homemade cakes. i especially appreciated the early start at 6:30 a.m.
the room felt quite small for the price. i could barely open my suitcase. the single operating lift added to delays.

the hotel felt brand new and stylish. it showed much care in furnishings, decor and amenities. there was a very pleasant and comfortable ambiance overall. i enjoyed it

the location seemed perfect and safe. i walked to galerie lafayette in 15 minutes. i reached the louvre in 20 minutes. many restaurants sat just around the corner!

warm welcome helpful staff nice stay
i found the staff accommodating. john and lola stood out, offering a warm welcome. the staff was friendly and helpful making my stay nice. i will return to this hotel because of this.
i was disappointed that the hotel hallways smelled strongly of an unusual odor. i have never encountered such a smell previously. this was pretty off-putting.

the hotel is close to the center, yet removed from heavy tourist areas. its proximity to the train station and metro stops made travel very easy. this location provides convenient access.

small room loud noise
The staff was helpful. They didn't laugh when I asked for directions to a non-existent monument. The location was acceptable.
The room was smaller than my walk-in closet. Seriously, my suitcase took up half the floor space, so there wasn't any room for activities. The noise from the street was so loud. It sounded like a demolition derby outside.
